False Labor pains?

So I've been having really intense lower back pain since yesterday and today it's all the way from my shoulders down to my butt. I also have some cramping on my belly and I just started getting chills. I'm 34 weeks pregnant and I'm not ready to give birth yet. Everything has been going well with the pregnancy. I'm worried about my little one coming out too early. I'm hoping I can see my Dr tomorrow morning to make sure everything is OK. I do hope this is just false labor pains 😩
