What do you wear to sleep?

What are the benefits and disadvantages to different forms of sleepwear? I've listed a few common modern sleepwear but feel free to pitch in others.

I've heard that going commando is great for reducing the risk of yeast infections since you're allowing your Netherlands to breathe and reduces friction. But I'm always afraid that it'll be a hindrance in case of an emergency...😫

Nothing. It keeps me from sweating, getting headaches from having something wrapped around my neck and waking up with cold sweat-soaked underwear.

I love sleeping naked! I've been sleeping in a onsie and bed socks alately though, it's so cold here in England.

I'd love to sleep naked but my son usually climbs into bed for a cuddle at 8 in the morning so I have to wear clothes

Depends. I switch it up. But I can't sleep naked unless my fiancé is in the bed too. All the wetness makes me uncomfortable.
