Opk positive day before AF? Chances of conceiving ? Or forget it? Confused

So I thought I ovulated when I was supposed to about cd12 but I started getting pain on right side for cd 23 and 24 so did opk on cd26 and got this - then AF came cd27? I'm not sure What to think!!!
