Hypnobirthing?

Amanda • Wed, Jan 20 • I'm 26 and this will be my 3rd child. I have 2 boys who are 10 months apart.

Has anyone tried hypnobirthing? I read something on it. I've always wanted to try to have my baby naturally, but my 1st son ended up being a c-section and 10 months later I had a VBAC. Now, it'll be 6 years since that. I think my body can handle a natural birth.
