Gaining weight

Just had my 18 week appt and my weight is 166... Pre pregnancy weighed 139 midwife says gaining too much should be a pound a week...cut out all fried foods, fast food, sugary stuff etc the problem is I work a lot during the week 12 hour shifts and when I get off at night I'm so tired sometimes a piece of frozen pizza is easier or a sandwhich at a drive thru but I do eAt lots of apples bananas and decent snacks at work cause don't have time to eAt a meal at times...any advice to make things easier
