Anyone with Postpartum Anxiety? If so are you actively treating it and how.

I have generalized anxiety disorder and I'm taking meds for it, so I haven't felt too anxious since my baby was born; but you could try reading The Pregnancy and Postpartum Anxiety Workbook. If that's not enough and you're still anxious don't be afraid of going to an expert! Best of luck
