Early stages

Hayley • 20 years old.. Got 1 child who is 4 September,had the depo shot been off it 2months and would love to conceive.
I'm 8 weeks and 5days today and all my symptoms have completely gone and I've been having really bad cramps is this a sign of miss carriage just getting really scared??
