Fan??

So it is January and freezing!!! We have the heat on but I want to turn on the fan for the obvious benefits for baby. She started shivering this morning and finally worried me about the ceiling fan. What did you use? Any suggestions?

Is your fan a ceiling fan?  Have you reversed it for winter time?

Some people don't realize ceiling fans have two directions,  one pushes cool air down and the other pulls it up.  If you reverse the fan it might help (normally there is a small switch somewhere on the fan)

I'm confused. How does having a fan on benefit a baby? Circulation cuz it's stuffy? I'd turn the heater down if stuffiness is a concern.
