Uk- booking appointment

Hi ladies I have a question when u have your booking appointment I know they ask lots of questions but do they ask about any previous STI's?

My partner is coming with me and he doesn't know years ago I caught chlamydia before being with him.

I was treated and I've been back since and all good he once told me he caught it again years before me and he had been tested since and so I know we are both not carrying anything but I lied to him and said I didn't ever have one.

I'm worried they will ask and I dunno what to say x
