Blood after Dilation Check?

I had my dilation check on my 38 weeks doctor appointment this morning and I found a little blood on my underwear and wipe this afternoon. Should I worry about it? Everything else feels normal

Spotting is normal after a cervical check. They can irritate the cervix this causing a small amount of spotting.

Very normal. I have been lucky and haven't experienced it yet but was told not to be alarmed if I did.

Yep pretty much normal unless its bright red like period blood my doc always tells me go to l&d.
