Feel like I never have "normal" lady parts

Please read and respond! So a few months ago I was diagnosed with HPV, genital warts. My gyno gave me topical cream and it did take them away. But now I feel like they might be back, but I just don't know. Do they come back that quick? I just feel like I can never stay "healthy" down there. It's always some type of infection, now the HPV, always a lot of discharge. I'm TTC and this all bothers me. It seems like just when I'm feeling better down there, something else happens and I'm constantly uncomfortable. I just don't know what to do. I want to just be normal down there and STAY normal. I still have some left over topical cream, but I don't want to put it on if I don't know if it's warts again. I honestly thought they wouldn't come back, I know I'll always have the virus. I'm in a good deal of uncomfortable pain right now, which never happened with my warts before. I just need some input or advice. Please.
