Baby dust and help needed

I really need help I was due my period on the 10th January I have had 3 negative tests I have severe bloating sore breasts feeling sick cramps on my right side and just noticed that it started about hour ago brown discharge now very light blood is this a period or implantation I need some help I'm desperate for a baby.
