Douching
Does anyone douche? I know it's a wide known thing not to, but anyone that does it do you have actual benefits from it? My mom does it on a monthly basis and said her doctor said it was okay to douche. But I've heard many doctors say not to. I never have but I've been thinking about it. Any opinions and suggestions?
