I spotted this morning just once when I wiped, it was like a few drops of pink/brown blood. But I also took a test around noon today and it looks like a very faint positive but could also be a evap line because I took a First response and it was negative and then another off brand was a faint positive. I've been getting tightening cramps in my lower stomach and lower back and I've never felt this before. I've also been so extremely tired out of nowhere the last two days that I'm having trouble getting through the day without napping. No idea what's going on. Also been getting the weirdest headaches on the back of my neck and behind my eyes that I've never gotten before. Just a constant dull ache.
