Husband won't go to the doctors.

I'm having a hard time with this TTC thing and I'm trying to do all that I can to ensure I get pregnant but everytime I mention that my husband should go to the doctors, he makes comments about "how it must be his fault" and whatnot.

Is it unfair for me to want him to go to the doctors to make sure it's not his fault?
