Naturally decent looking eyebrows

So I wouldn't really say my eye brows are really bad looking but there was a point in time where I over plucked them because I was stupid and like 13. Lol. Since then, they haven't really been the same.. I use makeup but is there a way I can naturally get okay looking eyebrows? Not talking about perfect, just fuller looking. I can't even feel okay without doing them because they still don't look right. I don't pluck anymore but they just aren't the same.
