Working Out & TTC??

So here's my delimma- we have been TTC for 6 months. I start clomid next cycle because I discovered thru bbt charting and opk's that I'm not ovulating. So- I really want to lose ten lbs & build my muscle back up- I've let myself go since our wedding. I started a new diet/workout plan, but after doing some research I'm unsure if I should continue with the rigorous workouts-I don't want to screw up my cycle, especially throwing clomid into the mix. I'm not overweight- 135lb, 5'4"- size 2, but I would like to tighten up a bit and I'm petrified that when we finally do get pregnant I'll blow up immediately. Does anyone have any experience with this? Does a new workout routine mess with your cycle? Any advice is appreciated 😃
