Tmi Can antibiotics do this to me?

I was exposed to whooping cough and I work with babies so to be on the safe side I went on a round of antibiotics. I know they can give you diarrhea but my stomach is so messed up. I lay down to go to sleep and I shoot up out of bed and run to the bathroom and it feels like my stomach is so empty afterwards and It makes me so nauseas. And it's a lot every time and I feel like it's going to dehydrate me. I can't eat which is what I want to do to help with the emptiness in my stomach but it hurts too bad😭😭 my stomach is TORN UP.
