Is testing for ovulation birth control

I have a 5 month old actually waiting for af tomorrow 😁😁😁 but my husband and I hate using protection!!!! We have 2 kiddos! Is there any way to get around condoms/bc I can't take bc any extra hormones throw me way way way off and we just hate hate hate condoms and don't wanna pay for a Visectomy
