Hip pains
My hips r hurting me so bad 😣 it doesn't matter if I sit or stand they're always hurting me. I try to exercise the but nothing is work. At night it's the worst bcus I'm constantly tossing and turning. I use pillows but those don't seem to be helping much. To top it off I have SPD and I'm only 24 weeks 😒
