6wks pregnant and going away for a month overseas?!

Hi ladies! I'm six week pregnant and going from Sydney > NYC for 1 month for work. I've only had my initial doctor appt and blood taken - is it okay to now go on a four week break from seeing any doctor? I don't have an OB/GYN yet... Not sure if it's safe or I should push to come back a week early or so ... Please help!

You'll be fine. It'll be a way to pass time, doctors don't usually see you until you're between 10-12 weeks (at least in the US).

You should be perfectly fine. Prenatal appts are usually scheduled in 4week incraments so I would suggest you have an appt scheduled when you get back!!! Goodluck:)
