Testing tomorrow

Jus seen that glow said I could go ahead & test, AF isn't due till Saturday. I forgot to buy tests & my Dollar General don't open till 8 & I'm up w my girls by 6 to get them ready for school & usually use the restroom as soon as I wake up. My question is can I pee into a cup then test that FMU about 2 hrs later ?
