Hey all! I am new to this app... And wanted to ask a question. I was wondering if any of you suffer from anxiety. I just need to know I'm not alone!☺️

I used to have really bad social anxiety, I than forced myself into getting a job was very quiet at the start and just became more confident in myself, now I'm fine I get anxious in public still very rarely but I'm so proud of how far I've come.

Mine used to be super bad but mine just kinda turned into depression I haven't had a panic attack in months just super depressed

I suffer from anxiety, it can cause me to feel nauseous and start hyperventilating on bad days. I find taking really long slow deep breath helps me a lot.

I also suffer from anxiety and a panic attack disorder. It's not fun. This app is a great way to get advice from people. :)
