Internal bruising near baby?

So i had my dating scan yesterday and during this he showed me a "mass" of bruising he said its outside of the sac.. I dont know if he means on the outside of the sac or on me ? 
Has anyone experienced this?

You can always call and ask the doctor to check the scans and explain it in more depth to you
