Did you conceive under stress?

I have stress due to personal situations. I try to minimize it, but I am afraid it can hinder TTC.

Do you think women can conceive under stress?

My pregnancy was not planned, but I was under a lot of stress a month prior to conception time and two more weeks after conception. Work stress, home stress, stress from illness, lack of sleep, bad nutrition. I really was neglecting myself, hoping to give myself a well deserved break and rest and recovery time in December.

I can totally relate. I was feeling stressed for several months from various issues, but we took a short vacation in August and I thought of it as my "reset button" for TTC. A month later I found out I was pregnant, so the effort to get away from it all for a few days really seemed to help.
