Do anyone have some tips on trying to conceive with PCOS ? What are some things you did to conceive? What are some meds or vitamins u took ? I have been trying for over 3 years to get pregnant and i have been unlucky! Pleaseeee helppp

After more than a year of trying, I was recently diagnosed with PCOS. My dr had me take Letrozole (a 5 day pill to force me to ovulate that cycle.) Has your dr had you try that yet? You may want to ask about it. I also used ovulation predictor kits to be able to time it right.

I have also been taking prenatal vitamins and Juice Plus gummies for more than a year. I've been more focused on trying to work out, stay hydrated, destress, sleep in whenever possible. I don't know if any of this will help you, but I hope it will! Best of luck to you! ❤️

Baby aspirin, prenatals, and either preseed or coconut oil. Even if you don't have a problem with moisture preseed assists with sperm mobility and coconut oil is natural and just good for you. This is my second pregnancy and the doctors told me I would never get pregnant...
