I was diagnosed with HPV a few months back, I had genital warts. I used the cream my doctor gave me and they went away. The past few days I've had pain down around my vagina & anus. So I was using a mirror to figure out what was wrong and I noticed a swollen lump on my perineum (between the vulva & anus). This is where most of my warts were but I didn't think they'd come back this quick. Does anyone know what this lump could be or has anyone experienced this?
