Okay my husband and I ordered new furniture, it's to be delivered today.  Anyway our sectional is in great shape and I put it for sale in a sale trade site for 200.00 o.b.o. Now no one commented on the post but in boxed me they were interested in it.  I just said it has to be picked up today and they have to move it with a trailer because it has 4 pieces that go too it. So anyway I didn't hear back from her and our neighbor guy stopped by and asked if we will takec$250.00?  Well YES!!  Am I stupid?  Anyway after I took the offer the girl said she was still trying to find a trailer!  But I told her it's already pending!!!  Is that a dick move?  I feel bad but then again these are the people (( my husband's relation))  we gave them a set of furniture 3 years ago!! So 😬
