So confused any advice

Ok so I took an opk test on the7th and 8th of Jan and they were both positive I think. Glow says I'm due on af in 4 days I've had light spotting for the last 4 days too. I did a pregnancy test test and came back neg so this lunch I did an ovulation test was just curious to see what it would say and it came back like this. What do u think this could mean I'm so confused at my body right now.
