My friend just found out she is pregnant

I'm very happy for her but I'm also jealous. She just tried this first month and I have tried for a year. We are currently on a break from trying. We conceived 4 years ago but had an abortion because we weren't ready. My doctor said I should have no problem getting pregnant again. I haven't been to her since August and I plan to make an appointment soon. I just need some advice on how to cope with this.
