Need Help Please

In October at 21 weeks I lost my baby girl due to fetal hydrops and had to deliver vaginally.  Since then me and my bd have been very cautious up until the beginning of this month and since then I've had heavy CM brown discharge when I wipe and two days I have had slight bleeding also when I wipe and not all day.  My period is due to come this weekend I have gained a bigger appetite started have slight cramps so idk if it's just me hoping for my rainbow baby or if there is a possibility that I can be pregnant I am afraid to take a test cause I don't wanna be disappointed. Any help you can provide would be great.
