Baby's shots.

So I myself can not have the DTAP because I am deathly allergic to the part that fights against the whooping cough. My son's 2 month appointment is next Monday and he is going to be getting his 2 month shots... I'll obviously talk to his doctor about my concerns when we arrive but what is the likely hood of my son being allergic to it as well?

Do children usually have the same allergies as parents?
