Anyone tried an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> and did it work the first cycle? Talking to fertility specialist soon to discuss options. My SO did a reversal and sperm count came back very low and no mobility so natural conception is very unlikely. I'm 38 so hoping we don't have to go the <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> route.
