My fiancee found me in the bathroom crying.

My fiancee found me in the bathroom crying- because I got another negative test, 10 days late. Of course af will come soon, considering my emotions. We bickered about it, and we thought I had conceived so now I'm so disappointed. What the hell can I do to progress conception?!!!?
