I see a lot of us pregnant ladies on this forum (incl myself!) are suffering with constipation. So... I've tried the foods but my OH bought a squatty potty... Don't panic! It's not an actual potty lol! It's like a stool thingy that you put your legs on when your on the loo! I can confidently say, it works! I've even tried "going" without using it and I just can't unless I'm using it as I'm so constipated!
