Favorite Quesadilla recipes?

I love quesadillas! I usually just make them in the skillet but I bought a quesadilla maker recently & would love to have some new recipes to try out. 😄 Thanks y'all!

My husband made me some really good ones when we first met. It's made with sliced chicken breast in a skillet with bbq sauce and jalapeño juice for a little kick. Covered in cheese! Yum!

Cut chicken breasts into thin slices and toss it in a pan with a little bit of oil. Season it with  cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mince some onion and rough chop some jalapeños and toss that in with the chicken. Let it simmer and the chicken will soak up all the juices from the peppers making it spicier.

Drain the chicken and then pair it with some a mexican blend shredded cheese or a shredded mozzarella. It's great with salsa, sour cream or guacamole.

We usually make a black bean salad weekly/biweekly but we throw that on a tortilla with a few species of meat not much and cheese oh and arugula. Talk about delicious! We use while grain wheat tortillias as well.

I like doing Fajita Quesadillas. Usually I do fajitas one night and use the left over meat and veggies to make a quesadilla 😄

I use flour tortillas. Just toast then til crispy in a plain skillet. Take them out when they're done. Fill then with cheese, ground beef or chicken chunks. Put back into skillet on low and keep flipping so it doesn't get burned, until cheese is melted. You can also add some black beans, red onion and cilantro inside if you want. I like to top with cilantro and sour cream,  or guacamole, or salsa.

This makes me want this for dinner now haha!
