Ugh 😑
I feel like I am going through a mama crisis and could use encouragement/ advice behind this (already made) decision.Â
My 4 year old daughter has been attending a Montessori preschool for the past 12 months and we were planning to keep here there because I was, at the time, employed there. However, a better opportunity with growth presented itself to me at a public school, so I left and started working at a public school in October. Because of this, my husband has been pushing for her to now attend the preschool at the public school I'm working at. I was fine with this, however, a position JUST opened and we only have FOUR months left of school, so I have respectfully declined... Leaving my husband pretty ticked. I felt like because she is already working on kindergarten level materials, attending a new school may set her back. I feel like he is more angry with the private school payments we will be making for the next four months, Â but if we were already planning on paying it... Why does it matter (btw we can afford it!) He said if I feel strongly about this then it's ok, but he's acting like a baby and slamming doors and giving me the silent treatment. Any advice?Â
