Hi everyone! I had a d&c on 12/23 for accessive bleeding. Bled for almost 3 months straight. I was put on Metformin on 12/15 and stopped bleeding 12/20 right before procedure. Bd 20th and 21st. Had procedure. Didn't really bleed much at all. Waited 1 wk and a half to Bd again and after follow up doc said I should get period by 1/19. Well that didn't happen so took a 2 dollar tree tests and BAM positive. Then went to pharmacy got a digital, said pregnant 2-3. Called my doctor freaking out bc just had a d and c. She said if the dig says 2-3 that means ur about 4 weeks along. How is this possible? I asked. She said the egg must have been in its way down from my ovary before procedure and implanted afterwards. Weird right! So, my question is has anyone had this happen and carry to term? Bc I'm still freaking out bc my uterine lining has been thinned during d and c.
