Should I be worried?

Haven't had sex whole time I'm 4 almost 5 months me a bf had sex nothing crazy but I've heard lil movement with Doppler should I be worried? Or am I just worrying to much ?

When me and my husband have sex the baby will push itself up into my belly button it feels like. Then when we are done I feel like the baby hides. Lol. Sex is perfectly fine and is healthy as long as the dr hasn't told you otherwise.
