I'm very interested in starting a work out plan at the gym just not sure what and how much to do. What does your regiment consist of?

According to docs orders, just listen to your body. If u feel tired slow down, drink more water and enjoy yourself. Walking is good at the gym. M trainer told me last week that when im on the treadmill to increase the incline at a lower pace. Everyone will be helpful at the gym. Just ask them.

after the pregnancy i had to dial it down a little. My doc recommended keeping Zumba and adding swimming. I do zumba 3x a week and another cardio on the fourth day

Before I conceived I was working out 4 days a week. I was on a pretty vigorous plan: personal training 1x a week, hiit training 1x a week, zumba 2x a week
