It's possible to feel baby?

Im 9 weeks and i feel wierd movements just above pupic bone... I know its crazi question, this is my 3rd pregnancy. 1st felt 14 1/2wks. 2nd 13 1/2. What u think ladies. Did u felt so early?? If yes, how did un felt? Thank and have safe weekend
