About ovulating

If glow said on my chart that I was ovulating and I did ovulate the date's it say which was on Jan 10-16 2016 should I still be ovulating again from the 12 of this month til yesterday or what do that means and not trying to be nasty but if it's white and thick one day and watery another day should I be worrying about anything or it can do that ! Please ladies any advice will help and how many times a month you can ovulate
