Morning sickness twist

So I've had morning sickness up until the beginning of this week every morning and all day. It finally subsided .. So I thought. I woke up this morning and started dry heaving and then puking my brains out, I notice there was blood in my vommit .... Is this normal !?!?!😳😳😳😳😖😖😖😖😔😕 7weeks
