What do you mommas think about this? To help child sleep

I think getting your child really tired with lots of play and exercise during the day is the best remedy. I wouldn't use any types of pills or sleep aides. I use a sounds machine and blackout shades so the room is totally dark. My daughter is two and I have to lay with her and cuddle her and she's usually out in 15 minutes.

No way would I use that. I like to diffuse lavender or serenity you Essential oils.

We play music quietly in his room. If its natural then maybe it's ok. Never heard of it though.  Melatonin was recommended by pediatrician when we had big issues with sleeping but we did other things to get the pattern better

I don't know about this.

But we give my step son melatonin as his PCP recommended it when he was having night terrors. 
He's also on the autism spectrum which adds to his sleeping difficulties

Never heard of it have u tried Johnson n Johnson bed time bath time or vapor rub? I can't say that this works or doesn't bc never tried it. R there reviews when u google it?
