So I ended up in the hospital lastnight due to terrible pelvic pain. Of course they asked if I could be pregnant and I told them that my husband and I are actively trying. So they ran all of the normal blood tests including a pelvic ultrasound. When the Dr. came back into the room she informed me that the tests came back that I was pregnant, but nothing can be seen on the ultrasound because it's too early, but I did have a cyst on my ovary which is normal in pregnancy. And that my pregnancy hormes are low. Question is, should I be worried that I'm not actually pregnant. I've not tested as my period isn't late and the only real sign I've had is tender breast and apparently the pelvic pain which I didn't know at the time. Just worried that I might get my hopes up for nothing.
