Light bleeding after sex?

I'm on my 3rd week of taking the pill, 2 days ago I had (quite rough) sex with my BF and ever since I've had very light bleeding. Could this be spotting (which hasn't happened to me before) from the pill or a more serious explanation?

If you are concerned, check in with your GP, in all likely cases it is normal and nothing to worry about. But I'm not a doctor, I was on the pill and you can get something called breakthrough bleeding and was told not to worry about it if it happens and no it is not my period.

Get it checked if you feel nervous.
