TMI - Blood from stool

Last night when going to toilet (number 2) after about 5 mins of pushing it out i noticed blood and a small clot on the tissue when wiping. I hadn't been for a number 2 the previous day so i was a quite constipated i even thought this is what labours going to be like LOL anyway i was just wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this or may know the cause. I thought id come here before googleing it. Thanks in advance
