So I am 6w1d pp and have been exclusively pumping for the last 5w due to our daughter hip issues and her comfort. She has recently been cleared medically so I tried breastfeeding her late last night and it was great. Yesterday though, a few hours before I nursed her, I wiped and saw blood after peeing. It happened one more time overnight. Not spotting otherwise. This morning though, I am having what feels like period cramps. I haven't had any complications from my csection and all the bleeding and spotting stopped at week 2 pp. Due to fertility issues initially, I am not on BC and we haven't had sex since I was pregnant. Could this be my period coming back? I thought with milk production my period would not come back or at least take several months before making an appearance. I am currently pumping with the baby next to me so I can't get up and check to see if I am spotting again. I wasn't last I looked. Anyone have something similar happen? Thanks ladies!
