Hard bump in upper abdomen

I'm 15 and a half weeks, so I know it can't be the baby, but I have this spot on my upper abdomen that's swollen and hard to the touch. I woke up itching it, but didn't notice something wrong until my husband saw me changing. It's odd, because it really feels like a baby pushing it's head or foot, but it's way too high (and early) to be baby! The area is small, maybe the size of a newborn's foot. I tried Googling it, but haven't found anything. Any ideas?
