So at my last appointment me and my doctor were talking about my first delivery (this was my first visit with her because I had to switch doctors due to insurance) and because she didn't have my records yet we don't know anything for sure as of right now. But, depending on how bad I tore with my first delivery she said that she may schedule me for a c section because it would be safer for me and baby (I'm 15 weeks today and I go back February 1st). Even if I didn't tear bad enough I think she's still gonna let me decide because my first delivery was so rough. If she says I need the c section I will do it for our safety, but if she lets me decide should I do it? It makes me nervous thinking about having one, but it couldn't be any worse then the delivery I had.. Needless to say my doctor I had with my first pregnancy just didn't check me like she should, she let me push for 3 hours with my daughter stuck in the birth canal. My daughters cord was around her neck 3 times and in a knot. We ended up using forceps because I just couldn't do it anymore and I tore really bad. Looking back I'm just thankful we made it out of there alive. Opinions would be helpful though!
